ChatZBJ Live (chatzbj.com) is a web-based live streaming and social platform that brings live rooms, private 1-on-1 video calls, short videos and a community feed together in a single account — no app installation required. Viewers can watch live rooms, chat and send virtual gifts in real time, while hosts can open a live room from a browser in seconds and earn diamonds from gifts and paid calls.

Watching public live rooms, browsing short videos and reading the community feed is free. Virtual gifts, private 1-on-1 video calls and some paid rooms are paid features that use diamonds, which you top up in your account.

ChatZBJ Live runs in any modern browser. Desktop users get the full live room layout, while mobile visitors are automatically served the lightweight H5 version of the site, so you don't need to download or install anything.

Click Sign Up at the top of the page, register with a valid email address or mobile number, and set a password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your password unique and don't share it with anyone.

Browse the home page or category lists to find a live room, then click to enter. You can chat with the host and other viewers, send virtual gifts and, where the host allows it, join the live connection (co-stream). Some rooms are protected by a password, a ticket price or a time limit set by the host.

Gifts are how you support hosts and show appreciation. Top up diamonds in your wallet, open the gift panel in a live room or on a short video, and pick a gift — each gift shows its diamond price. The diamonds are deducted from your balance instantly, and the host receives the corresponding share. All gift transactions are recorded in your spending details.

Yes. The community feed is open to verified users — complete the one-time identity verification in your profile, then you can publish posts with images or short videos. Posts must follow our community standards; content that breaks the rules may be removed.

Swipe through a vertical feed of short videos — they autoplay as you scroll. You can like, comment and send gifts to creators, and verified users can upload their own videos from the publish page.

A viewer starts a call from a host's profile or live room. When the host accepts, both sides join the same real-time video channel powered by low-latency live technology, so you can talk face to face as if in the same room.

Calls are billed per minute in diamonds — the per-minute price is set by the host and shown on the host's profile before you start. Billing stops the moment the call ends, and the call ends automatically when your balance runs out or either side hangs up.

No. ChatZBJ Live does not record the video or audio of 1-on-1 calls. However, calls must follow our content rules: harassment, nudity in public areas and illegal activity are prohibited, and accounts that abuse the feature may be suspended.

Create an account, complete the one-time identity verification, then choose Go Live. You can stream from a browser on desktop or mobile, pick a room type, and share the room link with your audience. There is no separate broadcasting software required.

When creating a room you can set it as a public room, protect it with a password, charge an entrance ticket price, or limit the broadcast duration. These options let you control who joins and how your room is monetized.

You earn diamonds from virtual gifts received in live rooms and on short videos, from paid room tickets and from per-minute 1-on-1 video calls. Diamonds can be tracked in your earnings details, which show every gift and call separately.

Once your earnings reach the payout threshold, go to your wallet / earnings page and submit a withdrawal request to your chosen payout method. Requests are processed by our team and sent to your selected channel. If you have any trouble with a payout, contact support@chatzbj.com with your account details.

Identity verification keeps the platform safe for everyone. It confirms you are an adult (18+) and that the person streaming is really you. Verification is a one-time process, and your documents are handled according to our Privacy Policy — they are never shown publicly.

Go to your profile and open the settings page to update your password. You'll need to know your current password to make the change. If you can't log in at all, see the question below about forgotten passwords.

On the login page, use the Forgot password option and follow the steps to reset it with your registered email or mobile number. If that doesn't work, email support@chatzbj.com from the address registered to your account and we'll help you regain access.

Change your password immediately. If you can't log in, use the Forgot password link, then contact support right away so we can secure the account and review recent activity. Never share verification codes or your password with anyone — ChatZBJ Live staff will never ask for them.

Deleting your account is permanent, so please be sure before sending the request — it also removes access to your balance and history. If you're having a problem, our support team may be able to solve it first. To request deletion, email support@chatzbj.com from your registered email address.

Open the wallet / recharge page in your profile, choose an amount and complete the payment with one of the supported payment methods. Diamonds are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. All transactions are labeled clearly on your payment statement.

Diamonds, gifts and paid call minutes are virtual goods and are non-refundable once consumed. If you believe a charge was made in error (for example a duplicate payment), contact support with your order details and we'll investigate billing mistakes on a case-by-case basis.

Email support@chatzbj.com with the link to the account, post or room and a short description of the problem. Reports about illegal content, impersonation or underage users are treated with the highest priority, and we take action which may include content removal and account suspension.

No. ChatZBJ Live is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors may not create accounts, watch paid content or make purchases, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the platform, please report it to support immediately.
